The R2rail is a metal implantation system for chronic recordings with Neuropixels 2 probes that feature the dovetail caps. It contains micromachined rails to easily attach and secure the probes, similar to the official holders for acute insertions.
The implant is compatible to our R2 System – it features the same, proven base for stable, long-term chronic implantation and is compatible to the R2 holders.
